Here at RapidBI we know that each organization is different and each customer has their own special needs and preferences.

That is why we offer not only the (ever increasing) BIR range but the ability to:

• Customized/ fully branded report covers- so you own the process
• Total control of the number of responders to a BIR
• Close the data collection when you want to
• Choose the graphic backdrops used in the output (three currently available)
• Choose the format of the graphical representation - lozenge or bar graph
• Choose the color of the graphical elements
• Choose the labels used in the outputs (staff, colleagues, team members etc.) to suit the culture of the organization
• Additional data available which you can chose to show or not to show your client (more analysis)
• Access the surveys from our site or your own - we will provide the BIR logos

Some of our clients buy an annual license for the BIR-solo and give it free on their web site, or you can charge - your choice.

When you are not in control

Sorry but our question sets are managed and protected.  This allows you the ability to use the tool as a benchmarking tool if you so wish.  Adding questions because they are 'in vogue' does not make a reliable product.

Our questions are carefully tested before we let you have them, they are carefully selected. We think very hard before changing our methodology.  Too many questions and people get fed up completing the surveys - too few and the scope of the diagnostic is limited.  We strongly believe that we have the best combination available. The questions we use are focused on real business issues not fads, this is one of the reasons why our products are sustainable.
