    Gent’s this is not ‘new’ thinking on leadership.

    Sounds and feels like a slow day at the blog factory.

    Or, if these items are ‘new’ to anyone they shouldn’t be in a leadership role.

      No most of these leadership posts are not new – they are not supposed to be – they are a summary of the thinking of others – in this case Bruce Nixon. see his site for more information.

      The content of this blog is intended to provide thought and reflection for practitioners new and ‘old’ rather than to espouse any single ‘right’ way of leading.
