- Discuss the effective use of appraisals for managers and staff
- Explore different approaches to facilitating an appraisal
Introduction to Management
Learning Aims:
- Identified the key skills needed for an effective manager
- Be able to describe the difference between management and leadership
- Explore various models for management styles and their appropriateness
- Understand the impact of providing effective feedback
