How is that different from 7 signs of Followership?

It isn’t. These might be things that a leader has but they are not the distinctive signs of a leader.

I have to agree with the earlier commenter. I don’t think that list really gets to the heart of what makes a leader. They may be prerequisites for leadership, but they don’t get to the core of things.
