In any project there are a wide range of stakeholders with varying needs. the RASCI framework or model is a useful reference to clarify at the start of every project or programme phase.
RASCI stands for:
- Responsible (Doer)
- Accountable (Buck Stops Here)
- Supportive (Help when needed)
- Consulted (In the Loop)
- Informed (FYI)
