Communicate all change information

Communicate until you are bored with the message, only then it will start to be understood by people.

Easy to say, but this is still one of the biggest errors made during change project. the failure to communicate enough. Often project leads will think they have communicated a lot. Employees will claim they have not been communicated to at all.

there is only one solution.

Communicate, communicate, communicate.

 

Tell them until you get bored with the repetition, and keep going, for the recipients still need more!
