Leaders – go there first

In many ways leadership is both simple and hard at the same time.

If we want people to follow us, we need to build trust, we need to “go there first” and show what “good looks like”.

Being that role model, that exemplar is what it really takes. Being  brave or courageous to take the first step and show other where to go and how to take risks.
