Organizational Behaviour – a summary of its constituent parts

Often we hear the terms “organizational behaviour” or “organizational development” but what does it really mean?

Today I came across this very simple diagram highlighting some of the key points of organizational behaviour.

I think the graphic outlines many of the “whats”, but misses out on the “how” and “why”
