Reclaim your weekend – 7 Time-Savers for the Overworked

 

Our universal desire is to have control over what we do – a sensible work-life balance if you like.

However many of us still regularly work over the weekend. a significant percentage of us do not use our holiday/ vacation allowance in full.

Many traditional “white collar” workers are working excessive unpaid overtime, causing some to become stressed and sometimes overwhelmed. Stressed or not, an inappropriate balance is not healthy physically or socially.
