Thank you Feedspot, Top OD blog of 2023

2023 has been a year and a half for many of us. But yesterday, I was delighted to discover that my little blog has been listed in the top 20 blogs for OD.

According to their site, the list is “The best Organizational Development blogs from thousands of blogs on the web and ranked by traffic, social media followers & freshness.” wow, what an honour.

Feedspot is a content reader. Its goal is to help readers find the best from the web without the time to sort out good from bad.

With many blogs now using AI to create content, it is good to see that this list includes none of them! Great content and innovative thinking comes from people who know their subject and their audience. It is NEVER about content for content’s sake but sharing knowledge, insight and opinion.
