Are you a Lone Trainer? you may be a freelance trainer or a trainer inside an organisation. This pages has been set up to help promote and support the networking of lone trainer both inside and external to organisations.
training can be a lonely profession, often trainers have small or non existent budgets, yet we are expected to deliver excellent services.
Trainers working in isolation without support from other professionals can be challenging.
We often have very limited resources and yet our organisations expect us to deliver – on time, every time.
The aim of this site is to enable groups of lone trainers to meet in the real world and virtually to share training experiences and training and learning resources.
It does not matter what you title of function, if you have a responsibility for developing others, then the Lone Trainer network will support you.
This is a give and take network, more like an exchange than a membership. Please do not expect just to take – you must give too. More like a swap shop than a download centre. You do have material of value – you just may not realise its value …yet. Anything you have produced that can reduce the development burden of others will be of some value.
RapidBI have formed a strategic alliance with other like minded people and developed My Trainer Profile – a blog and networking site for forward thinking trainers.
