Success of any business relies on the dedicated employees of the company. Production of quality products that the company makes itself viable in the business depends on the performance of its production unit workers. A well trained production team is tantamount to business success. It is in this regard that the management would like to assess what its production unit needs so that it can provide them with the knowledge and skills required in the job. This section focuses on the planning and evaluation aspects of the specific trainings that were identified for a production unit team.  This can be used to present the idea for approval by management.
