Talent – are leaders training enough people? #infographic
The reality is of course that the workplace of 2012, is very different from 2005, and a whole different planet than the 1990s.
With the majority of people having held their job for 10+ years befors finding themselves out of work, its no wonder that candidates are having to “trust their luck” and apply for jobs they are not qualified for.
Is this the candidates fault – or employers?
Have we learnt to hire the skills we need rather than train and develop the skills we need?
I for one think its time to train and develop people.
