In any project there are a wide range of stakeholders with varying needs. the RASCI framework or model is a useful reference to clarify at the start of every project or programme phase.

RASCI stands for:

  • Responsible (Doer)
  • Accountable (Buck Stops Here)
  • Supportive (Help when needed)
  • Consulted (In the Loop)
  • Informed (FYI)
