5 ways detect lying clients reading their facial cues
Whilst looking for some images to illustrate an influencing course I am designing I came across this graphic.
From its title “5 ways detect lying clients reading their facial cues” you would be led to believe that reading body language and facial cues is easy, but is it?
Are these “actions” real or constructed? If real can they be masked or covered?
Take the second image “I’m signing this off today” – maybe this is not because you have lost the deal but because the individual realises how important it is to start, but is also thinking about the workload they are facing?
Each person acts and reacts differently, and this is often situational, we do not know what is going on inside their head, and treating any cues like this in isolation is dangerous. maybe they Gran or cat died the night before, maybe they are about to make people redundant, or sack someone?
Emotions and cues are never given in isolation.
