Today’s thoughts February 6, 2012
While this graphic uses US based data, from memory there is little variance between US & UK gender data.
The interesting thing here is that fact that most are balanced, with the exception of Thinking/ feeling. This is interesting as EQ (Emotional Intelligence) is becoming increasingly important in the business world, this could mean that men may find certain things increasingly challenging in the traditional workplace.
It also means that the way we sell and influence needs to change depending on our audience.

Many of us use social media and other on-line activities as part of our marketing process, but who uses what channel for what activity.
Do we use the right channels, in the right way for our business? or do we just copy the “gurus” and people that sell “systems”? The reality is of course that if we are a B2C and we operate a store, then we need to focus on geography based tools. Equally we need to be in groups and platforms where our customers are – not spending time on “people” and effort that will never result in a sale.
This is an interesting way to integrate
