We have all heard about online courses and many of us have been subjected to poor work based e-learning, and many have said “this will never catch on” – but the reality is very different
Whether it be down to demographics, economics or just change, we will never know, but one thing is certain, there are many, many people with very different attitudes to online learning. And its changing fast!
But this is not just about training and education, for once people are used to communicating this way, they will expect people to do business this way too. Sales, after purchase support, etc. It has massive implications for all businesses in the medium term.
