business improvement review – strategic (BIR-s)
Business Improvement Review – Strategic version
As organizations grow they need to take the time to ensure the organic growth is relevant for achieving their vision. The BIR-S is a rapid diagnostic tool which can help manage this growth.
While the Business Improvement Review is an effective diagnostic tool with many businesses or organizations we have found that when used with larger organizations we need to take a slightly different approach.
The BIR-S has been developed to allow you the consultant or coach work effectively with the CEO and main board of an organization.
Looking at all of the strategic elements of the business we use the PRIMOF model:
P – People
R – Resources
I – Ideas & Innovation
M – Marketing & Sales
O – Operations
F -Finance
The BIR-S allows the CEO and their team to see the perceived strengths & weaknesses of the organization and presents the information in a way which can be prioritized for action
Unlike many diagnostic processes you will not get a large report – but a graphical representation which provided the platform for a strategic discussion.
Due to the strategic nature of the BIR-S we only allow this tool to be used by trained practitioners.
To find a trainer consultant or to become trained to use the BIR-S contact us for more details.
