The terms and conditions set out here are intended to be as comprehensive as possible, but the very nature of emerging and evolving law cannot be guaranteed to be complete.
Privacy Summary
We will not sell or share your data, nor will we spam you. We will only contact you occasionally with newsletters and very rarely a product offer/ discount.

By using this site, downloading our products, or requesting a product or service, you accept our full terms of business.
Please note that the British Library has selected this site’s public parts for archiving as part of an international project to archive parts of the web – we welcome this initiative.
Privacy
RapidBI will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy. Whenever you provide sensitive information, we will take reasonable steps to protect it. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage. When a person downloads a resource, the downloader’s email address is made available to the webmaster. We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission.
Cookies – tracking cookies are used on this site, mainly for tracking site usage and functions of the Store, ResourceZone and BIR & EESS consultant users (not end-users).
Our site uses Google Analytics to track site usage as well as Facebook and Twitter cookies. We do not hold, store or process payment information. Third-party gateway providers do this.

The RapidBI web site provides links to third party sites. Since we do not control those web sites, we cannot be held responsible for the content therein, and we encourage you to review these third-party sites’ privacy policies.
Technical support
The RapidBI web site has been optimised to be compatible with the most recent web browsers. If you have a problem with the facilities of the site, contact webmaster AT RapidBI DOT com. Please be aware that you should also check that your web browser is set up correctly. Once RapidBI has confirmed that there is nothing wrong with its own systems and database, no further support should be expected. RapidBI cannot be held responsible for the configuration of a visitor’s web browser.
Consultant or Trainer credibility
RapidBI takes no responsibility for the credibility, knowledge or skill of any trainers listed. It is up to the person contracting the trainer to check their credibility, knowledge or skill.
Downloads / Resources
The Resources/Downloads section of the site is for information only. RapidBI cannot be held responsible for determining the usability or compatibility of any downloadable resource or file stored or displayed on the site. Any user downloading a file from this site does so at their own risk.
RapidBI would like to hear of any resource that does cause a problem so that measures can be taken to rectify the situation without prejudice.
Anyone downloading content should maintain any copyright notifications on that material and credit the source.
Access to our ResourceZone is provided for educational and promotional purposes only. Much of this material is copyright. By downloading our content, you agree not to share access information or downloaded material.
Resource disclaimer
RapidBI cannot be held responsible for any effect caused by the use of these Resources. Whilst RapidBI will take every care to ensure that resources posted are sound and do not contravene any law, RapidBI cannot guarantee this. If a Resource is found to be doubtful in nature, its presence on RapidBI will be suspended, subject to investigation. Customers downloading Resources do so at their own risk and exonerate RapidBI from any liability. All files are regularly checked for virus and malware.
Site features and facilities
The use of any of the facilities on RapidBI is not guaranteed, and any facility, whether free or purchased, may be withdrawn at any time.
Buying access to RapidBI services does not constitute a contract for RapidBI to continue providing the same level of features and facilities in place when the first service was purchased.
Developments to the site are ongoing, and currently, free facilities may become part of a paid-for service. Options that are current within a particular option may be moved to another option. This includes one level of service to another service level or a paid-for service to a free option. RapidBI will, however, endeavour to give notice of these changes but cannot guarantee to forewarn.
Settlement Terms
All sales, unless otherwise stated, are strictly cleared funds with an order. Where credit items are allowed, payment terms are strictly net and payable 30 days from the date of RapidBI’s invoice. A 1% per day charge will be made on all late payments.
Price
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices on this site are in GBP.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are executed subject to prices ruling at the date of dispatch and not RapidBI price list, whether published or not, shall affect the right of RapidBI to charge for goods under this clause.
Cancellation
For training delivery, Programme cancellations by the client will not occur any costs if more than 4 weeks notice is given, 50% of costs if 8-28 days notice and 100% if less than 7 days notice.
Specification
Products and services described in the RapidBI web site or elsewhere may be subject to a continuing change and development process. RapidBI reserves the right to alter specifications without notice anytime before delivery.
Compatibility
Goods/ services are not supplied for evaluation purposes or on a trial basis. Customers are responsible for verifying the suitability and compatibility of goods before purchasing. Any advice given by any employee or agent of RapidBI concerning the suitability and compatibility of any item shall be understood as an estimation and shall not be interpreted by the buyer as an explicit endorsement of the suitability or compatibility of the item. All goods are supplied at their respective default configuration. Any particular needs by the buyer from RapidBI concerning any product and its use must say so in writing as to what specifications or standards the buyer requires. Any alterations to software products must be agreed upon in writing.
Accuracy of Information
RapidBI makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information shown on the web site. We can accept no liability for damages or injury arising directly or indirectly from any error or omission in such information.
Alterations
The above terms and conditions may be changed without notice to comply with regulations. This may result in facilities or approvals being withdrawn without notice to comply with the regulations that govern this site’s operation.
No Waiver
RapidBI’s failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights or remedies regarding any present or future default of the members in performance or compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Force Majeure
RapidBI cannot be liable for any breach of its obligations contained above resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fires, floods or damage (of its own or other premises), insurrection or riots, embargoes, destruction of or transmission delays, inability to obtain supplies and raw materials requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority (an ‘Event of Force Majeure’).
RapidBI agrees to give notice forthwith to its users upon becoming aware of an Event of Force Majeure such notices to containing details of the circumstances giving rise to the Event of Force Majeure. If a default due to an Event of Force Majeure shall continue for more than 28 days, then the party not in default shall be entitled to terminate the above terms. RapidBI shall not have any liability to its customers regarding the termination of this agreement as a result of an Event of Force Majeure. This includes pandemics and governmental restrictions on travel and service provision.
Copyright
The text and many images on this site are (c) RapidBI; we have licenses to many pieces of the clipart used for some of our blogs etc. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that we comply with copyright terms of use where appropriate. If you feel we have used your copyright material, please contact us in the first instance. Logos of clients past and present are used under a fair use policy; we will remove them if requested. We respect their copyright.
RapidBI cannot be held responsible for the placement of material by guests to the site. However, if the copyright has been inadvertently broken, we will remove the content upon request.

100% money back if not satisfied
With our download products, we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied. With our PDF and PPT products, please email us using the contact form stating why you are unhappy, along with your proof of payment ID.
Please note if you buy multiple products at different times and later try to request a refund on all products, we will refuse. We have had some people buy products, then when they have downloaded them, request a refund with no intention of paying.
With our survey or diagnostic products, once 10% or more of responders have completed, we deem this as accepting the product, and no refund will be provided.
For refunds to be processed, please allow up to seven working days. Applies to PayPal payments only.
Payments
RapidBI uses a range of providers to process payments and/or to dispatch products. Where possible, we offer a range of channels and leave it for the purchaser to select the one they are most conformable with.
- We accept and are PayPal verified.
We do not collect, hold or process your card details for online purchases – secure partners do this.
Distance Selling Regulations
In the UK, any product bought “at a distance” is subject to a 7 day “cooling off period” – we support this. We will provide a refund to anyone that does not believe our description of a downloadable product was as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
