Every trainer needs to produce materials and resources for training courses. Over the years RapidBI have developed a range of training courses and resources for trainers. some of those resources are available to buy through this site.

Train the trainer

As well as the basic materials trainers need to be credible in the material they use. This means as trainers we need to have a good underpinning knowledge of the subject matter and not just that we are training others in. We need to be in a position of answering the questions from our trainees after all.

Ready to use training course materials

with any set of resources while the provider may claim that they are ‘ready to use’ the reality is that for any effective training programme or course the trainer needs to be familiar and comfortable with the content.

so when you buy resources like this make sure you take time to understand the material, undertake more research to develop your underpinning knowledge and run a pilot to ensure you understand any activities and exercises as well as help to manage the timing.
