The BIR is a family of low cost organizational diagnostic and change tools aimed at identifying strengths and weaknesses in organizations of all sizes and sectors, providing an agenda for change. What is a Holistic Organizational Diagnostic?

A Holistic organizational diagnostic or review is a rapid and intense, short duration review of the critical processes involved in an organization. It’s purpose is to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization as a whole. Traditionally OD diagnostics focused on the behaviors and interactions of people in isolation. The BIR looks at these interactions in the context of the systems and resources they have available and the goal or objectives they are working towards.

The benchmarking capability of the Self Administered BIR’s requires the organization to purchase a second review some 6-12 months after the first. The benchmarking or change report will show any progress made.

Our organizational diagnostic tools produce short, effective graphical based outputs that are easy to understand and engage managers and employees alike. They provide a catalyst for change in an easily understood way.
