The 2017 CIPD Learning and Development show (CIPDLDSHOW) at Olympia started much like many others. Only this time there were significant queues waiting to get in at the start time. When attending any conference there is always a lot that can be learnt. these things can be ourselves, our thoughts and reactions and of course the content and style of delivery of others.
